Our team of coordinators discreetly and meticulously oversees every detail, from the arrival of service providers to the coordination of key moments. We also welcome your guests, orchestrate surprises, and ensure that your day runs smoothly until 1 a.m.

Search and selection of your missing service providers, limited to 4 different complementary service providers, always in accordance with your wishes.
Design and Theme:
We assist you in thinking through your decorative universe: ambiance, theme, layout... Each element is designed to reflect your story. We also coordinate with your decorators to ensure everything fits together harmoniously, and if necessary, we schedule a technical visit to finalize the details..

Before the Big Day:
Because every detail matters, we provide you with careful and precise support in the organization and coordination of your wedding. We offer exceptional support combining expertise and refinement: selection and tailor-made proposals from nine trusted service providers, technical and logistical coordination throughout the process, budgeting, and forecasting.
Design and Theme:
In terms of scenography, we create an atmosphere that reflects your image through tailor-made decorative proposals, an inspiring mood board, a model of the dining area, careful management of your guests' responses, and aesthetic advice in perfect harmony with your story. We work in collaboration with your florist.
Please note that rentals and consumables are not included in the price of the service.

Our coordination team provides discreet and efficient support the day before or during brunch, limited to a maximum of 7 hours, ensuring perfect control over the final moments from the arrival of service providers to the coordination of key moments. In addition, we welcome your guests, orchestrate surprises, and ensure that your day runs smoothly until 1 a.m.
