Our team of several coordinators oversees every detail with discretion and accuracy—from vendor arrivals to the seamless flow of key moments. We also welcome your guests, coordinate surprises, and ensure everything runs smoothly until 1:00 a.m.

We guide you in developing your decorative concept: atmosphere, theme, layout… Every element is designed to reflect your story.
We also coordinate with your décor vendors to ensure a cohesive setup, and, if needed, we plan a targeted technical visit to finalize all details.

We offer you exceptional guidance combining expertise and refinement: tailored selection and proposal of nine trusted vendors, technical and logistical coordination throughout your planning journey, and detailed budgeting and forecasting.
Design and Theme:
On the scenography side, we imagine an atmosphere that reflects you through custom decorative proposals, an inspired mood board, a mock-up of the dining space, careful management of your guests’ responses, and aesthetic advice in perfect harmony with your story.
We work in collaboration with your florist.
Please note that rentals and consumables are not included in the service price.

A discreet and efficient presence provided by our coordination team the day before or during the brunch, limited to 7 hours maximum, for perfect control of the final moments—from the arrival of the vendors to the coordination of the key highlights.
